29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) front of house - two employees were exposed to a 14 foot fall hazard, in that, they were removing the form works from the block wall and they were standing on the block wall without using fall protection, on or about 12/6/17.
