29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) 780 Schoolhouse Road, Delaware City, DE (S2 Grinding Area) - On or about December 12, 2017, the employer failed to ensure the periodic inspection was conducted annually to ensure energy control procedures being inspected were followed for the EK/EG 602-B Feeder Collector Transfer line equipment. This exposed employees to amputation hazards.
