29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of chromium metal and insoluble salts listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 1.0 milligrams per cubic meter:  On or about December 6, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, in the chrome room one employee operating machinery to process chromium metal into smaller particles was overexposed to chromium metal and insoluble salts at a concentration of 1.2 milligrams per cubic meter expressed as an 8-hour time weighted average of approximately  1.17 times the daily Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 1.00 mg/m3 based on 390 minute sampling periods; exposure calculations included a zero-increment for the 90 minutes not sampled.
