29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:     a. On or about December 11, 2017, in the inbound side of the P-2 annex, near the electric pallet jack charging station, a junction box was missing a cover plate there by exposing employees to an electrical hazards.    b. On or about December 11, 2017, in the inbound side of the P-2 annex, between 12 electrical switch boxes, a portion of the raceway was missing a cover plate there by exposing employees to an electrical hazards.      The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1181007, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 310 Morningside Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546.
