29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 1 East I65 Service Rd. South, Mobile, Alabama: On or about December 11, 2017 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees were using personal fall arrest system properly while working from a high slope roof exposing the to a fall hazard of 18 feet to the pavement below.
