29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) In the basement locker room, on or about December 8, 2017 - Employees were exposed to the hazard of mold on walls and floors exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma and other health conditions. The employer did not implement adequate measures to prevent active mold growth in the basement locker room.
