Buchanan Circle, Aurora CO 80018: On or about August 23, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while engaged in residential construction activities. Employees were wearing harnesses, but did not have lifelines attaching them to an anchor point.
