On or about 12/03/2017 at 601 E. Rollins Street in Orlando, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized.  The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 12/03/2017.  The employer notified OSHA on 12/05/2017 at 8:11 a.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.  The Florida Hospital Orlando was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209882, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/24/2017, with respect to a workplace located at601 E. Rollins St. in Orlando, FL 32803.
