29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) 2933 Atlantic Ave., Longport, NJ:  On or about Dec 11, 2017, Nino & Sons Construction employees were conducting roofing activities on a multi-story single family residence undergoing renovation work.  Two employees were observed walking the uppermost roof surface installing shingles.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection.  The employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
