29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. Employees engaged in roofing operations were exposed to struck by hazards form employees working on a scaffold that had not been designed by the manufacturer for such use on a rough terrain forklift. Bolton Steel Erectors was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.451(c)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 878563, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/08/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 224 Early BLVD, Early, TX 76802
