29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about December 13, 2017, on the north side of the building, the employer allowed employees to work in a Genie Aerial Lift S-60x (#10285799) without wearing any fall protection. The employees were working in a lift basket approximately twenty (20) feet above ground level to apply Eifs stucco.
