29 CFR 1926.25(a): At job site, construction debris, such as ( but not limited to) scaffolding components, plastic conduit, pallets, boards, insulation, bricks and blocks, was not kept cleared from work areas and passageways around the building. JOBSITE: The employees, working/walking in and around the area where debris, such as (but not limited to) broken pieces of sheet rock, paper and cups was scattered around were exposed the hazards of trip and falls.
