29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a) On or about December 14, 2018, the employer had not developed and implemented energy control procedures or provided alternative measures which provide effective protection for Operators adjusting/feeding the edge banding and adding glue to the Heater Pot from the material feed roller pinch points of the Brandt Optimat KDN 330 Automated Edge Bander.
