29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: (a) On or about October 16th, 2017, for the employees who were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 11 feet while framing a commercial structure from a man basket that was attached to a telehandler without proper fall protection, Model JLG Skytrax in the vicinity of 405 16th Street NW in Minot, ND 58703.
