29 CFR 1910.38(c): Minimum elements of an emergency action plan. An emergency action plan must include at a minimum: 29 CFR 1910.38(c)(2): Procedures for emergency evacuation, including type of evacuation and exit route assignments: a. On or about December 5, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees were standing outside of the danger zone while felling trees resulting in a branch striking two of the employees, one of which required long term hospitalization as a result of the injuries.
