29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section:    On or about December 14, 2017, and times prior thereto:    a. At Airport Security Post C-North, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     b. At Airport Security Post C-South, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     c. At Airport Security Post New C-North, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     d. At Airport Security Post B-Dock, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     e. At Airport Security Post E-Dock, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     f. At Airport Security Post Gate 13, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     g. At TSA Checkpoint 10, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     h. At TSA Checkpoint 12, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     i. At TSA Checkpoint  3031, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.     j. At TSA Checkpoint 7071, where employees performing security work were exposed to an excretory system hazard from not being provided with access to a toilet facility when needed.
