29 CFR 1926.703(d)(1): Reinforcing steel for walls, piers, columns, and similar vertical structures were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse:      a) Worksite - On or about December 14 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck by/caught in hazards while working inside of an inadequately supported rebar cage being installed for a concrete bridge footing.      On December 11, 2017 the rebar cage collapsed, resulting in an employee being stuck/caught inside and left thigh being impaled by a piece of rebar.
