On or about February 8, 2018, the employer did not implement and maintain an audiometric testing program and employees were exposed to noise above the action limit. Employee one was exposed to continuous noise levels at 67.2-percent of the permissible daily noise exposure, or an equivalent sound level of 87.1-dBA, during the 480-minute sampling period on February 8, 2018.
