OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about December 13, 2017, in the warehouse, where employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards from falling objects by the following: 1. Storage rack systems containing not anchored to the ground; and 2. The racking system did not have plaques containing the maximum permissible unit load and/or maximum uniformly distributed load per level, and/or the racking system did not have the maximum total load per bay.
