29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment, to be made by a competent person: a) 1st Choice Roofing & Exteriors, Inc. at 2822 Federal Blvd., Denver CO 80211: On and before December 14, 2017, the employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment, to be made by a competent person. A roofing subcontractor was working at this site involving multiple hazards such as, but not limited to, fall hazards when working on a steep pitched roof, working in an elevated man basket without being tied off, elevated scaffold platforms without guardrails, and ladders in use that were not set up safely. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet.
