29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: On or about December 15, 2017, and at times prior thereto, in the men's restroom, only one functioning water closet and one functioning urinal were provided for up to 19 male employees, exposing employees to the hazard of adverse health effects such as urinary or fecal incontinence.
