29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver was not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. a) Plant On or about 12/15/17 and at times prior thereto, tractor operators (shifters) maneuvered tractor trailers at the loading docks and the employer did not implement procedures to ensure a clear visibility of the travel path in the back of the trailers.
