29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:  a) For employees working at 5310 Montclair Place in Sarasota, on or about December 14, 2017. Employees were exposed to amputaion hazards when they were using a table saw to cut wood that was not guarded by a hood which enclosing the saw blade above the table.

Employees were using a table saw to rip wood that did not have an anti restart device on the table saw.

29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1): The Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.  a) For employees working at 5310 Montclair Place in Sarasota, on or about December 14, 2017. The employees were utilizing power tools that were supplied power through extension cords that were not GFCI protected. The employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard while working on aluminum ladders.
