29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: On or about December 18, 2017, U.S. Postal Service Patterson Annex P-2 building, the employer failed to evaluate the respiratory hazards for those employees who were exposed to hazards associated with propane powered industrial truck exhaust gas such as, but not limited to headaches, nausea, dizziness and confusion from exposure to chemicals such as Carbon Monoxide. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1197727, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3500 Patterson, Kentwood, MI.
