29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: Paint Department, abrasive spray booth entry: On or about December 19, 2017, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a Clark C25 Forklift Truck that was used to transport material into the abrasive blasting booth where the view was obstructed by dust curtains.
