The Paddinghaus Saw in the drill bay, procedures are illegible, they do not identify specific sources of energy or individual steps to complete lockout. B.) The Paddinghaus PDC 1100 in the drill bay, procedures are illegible, they do not indicate sources of energy or individual steps to be taken to complete lockout. C.) Miller Welders W1-W4 in the fab shop, procedures do not identify location of circuit breakers and do not state how to purge gas regulator lines to complete lockout. D.) West HE&M Saw in the fab shop, procedures do not identify means to release stored energy to complete lockout. E.) New HE&M Saw in the fab shop, procedures do not identify means to release stored energy to complete lockout.
