29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxillary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substanially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when unused openings in 480 volt electrical equipment housings were not closed on the west wall in maintenance shop. Minsa Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986315, citation number 1, item number 19 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/12/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1972 CR 1068 Muleshoe, TX.
