29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: On or about December 21, 2017, employees performing roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet and the employer did not ensure fall protection was used. The Advanced Commercial Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 945942, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 18, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5618 Kirby Road, Harrison, OH 45030.
