29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(1)(i): Before work had begun, employers of potentially exposed employees did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM at the worksite: a) 32 Yates Ave., Newark, NJ The employer did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the worksite. A bulk sample of thermal system insulation (TSI) was found to contain 30% chrysotile asbestos. Condition observed on or about 12/21/17
