29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, and other points as necessary: a) 92 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA: On or about December 15, 2017, an employee was observed working on the platform for a ladder jack scaffold that was bridged to the pump jack platform perpendicular to the ladder support, which was only secured to the residence at the top/roof. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
