29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) An employee conducting carpentry activities from the 4th floor trusses was not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed the employee to a fall height of approximately 9 foot 1 one inch fall hazard.
