29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. a) South Wall, Electrical Room, Warehouse, 600 Scranton-Carbondale Highway, Eynon, PA - Four (4) Westinghouse FDP365 - 400A, 600V Hardware Overcurrent Switch Units and two (2) Westinghouse FDPT3633 - 100A, 600V Panelboard Overcurrent Switch Units were not marked to indicate their purpose exposing employees to electrical hazards in the event of an electrical incident, as observed on or about December 21, 2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD." a) South Wall, Electrical Room, Warehouse, 600 Scranton-Carbondale Highway, Eynon, PA - A Westinghouse FDP365 - 400A, 600V Hardware Overcurrent Switch Unit not listed or marked "SWD" was used by employees on a daily basis to operate the warehouse lighting circuit (277-volt fluorescent lights) exposing the employees to the hazards of an arc flash, as observed on or about December 21, 2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
