29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  On or about December 28, 2017, at this scrap metal recycling facility work area, the employees worked in the receiving department, loading and unloading scrap metal products. Work surfaces were not regularly cleaned to prevent accumulation of lead.  Monitoring was conducted to ascertain lead presence and exposure. On December 28, 2017 the wipe samples were taken to ascertain lead exposure from different work surfaces, such as, but not limited to lunchrooms, employees work stations and desks, as well from employee shoes and hands surfaces.
