29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): 29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x):  Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points     a)   Inside the warehouse on northeast corner next to the entrance to the freezer, on December 28, 2017, a temporary electrical cord, supplying power to a small 120 volt AC freezer, was placed beneath a closed door and not protected from damage.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There was a defect or evidence of damage that could have exposes an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service:    a)  Inside the warehouse on northeast corner next to the entrance to the freezer, on December 28, 2017, a badly damaged temporary 120 Volt AC electrical cord was being used to power a small 120 volt AC freezer.
