29 CFR 1910.212(b): Anchoring fixed machinery. Machines designed for a fixed location shall be securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. On or about February 7, 2018 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from the cushion hogring fixture located in the 60% line floor. The fixture is capable of tipping or falling over from being bumped by forklifts traveling through the area. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19.
