OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling stock. a) Bay 3, Warehouse; On or about December 28, 2017, Omni Logistics exposed employees to struck-by hazards due to the potential collapse of three (3) full sections of free standing storage racks whose structural integrity had become compromised due to severe damage to the vertical support columns.

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling stock. a) Bay 3, Warehouse; On or about December 28, 2017, Omni Logistics exposed employees to struck-by hazards from the potential collapse of three (3) full sections of free standing storage racks due to the fact that the column base plates were not securely anchored to the floor with bolts.
