OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards: a) Shop located at 1303 Washington Blvd., Tallassee, AL; On or about November 6, 2017, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees installing a truck differential using a lever hoist (come-along) had balanced the differential to prevent slipping of the load during the installation process.
