29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) New townhome construction located on Lot #41, Top plate: On or about 12/21/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic Hitachi Framing Nail Guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided prior to operating these tools while engaged in framing activities. Ismael Nolasco Chilel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 993438, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/25/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5305 Vendelay Lane, Cumming, GA 30041.

Ismael Nolasco Chilel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017706, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/27/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 12180 Belvoir Lane, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
