Tesla, Inc., Hampshire College Solar Field Instrumentation and Control: On or about December 29, 2017, four employees performed work at the Hampshire College solar installations containing electrical equipment with voltages up to 13,800 volts and the employees were provided Class 0 electrically rated gloves with a maximum voltage rating of 1000 volts.
