29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) on the jobsite - employees were exposed to a 28ft,2in fall hazard when installing shingles on the 5/12 sloped roof of the third floor without being tied off to an anchor; observed on or about November 29, 2017.  a) on the jobsite - employees were exposed to a 10ft,2in fall hazard when laying the paper on the 5/12 sloped roof of the first floor breezeway without being tied off to an anchor; observed on or about November 29, 2017.
