29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed.  On or about January 4, 2018, the electrical panel locked to the left of the employee's refrigerator had multiple unused openings exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level.  On or about January 4, 2018, the South side of the building had a blocked exit with a storage cart.  The Advance Auto Parts was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1006406, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 20 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2625 NE Vivion Road in Kansas City, Missouri.  The Advance Auto Parts, Inc. dba Advance Auto Parts Store #6767 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1099107, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4227 South Salina Street in Syracuse, New York.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  (a)  On or about January 4, 2018, the storage room, located on the south end of the building, had a main electrical disconnect which powered the entire building was blocked with shelving and a red cart.  (b)  On or about January 4, 2018, next to the employee refrigerator two electrical panels were blocked by material.  The Advance Auto Parts, Inc. dba Advance Auto Parts Store #6767 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (1910.303(g)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1099107, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4227 South Salina Street in Syracuse, New York.
