29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Building Exterior: An employee engaged in roofing activities while positioned on an unprotected edge in which a personal fall arrest harness was used but not secured via an anchor point exposing the worker to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 12/28/2017.
