29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On or about, 01/04/17, in the power cable area, employees were exposed to caught-by hazards when wrapping wires together on the AirPower Line in close proximity of the cylinder that rotates with a protruding latch. b) On or about, 01/04/17, in the power cable area, employees were exposed to rotating parts when they were operating the Swing Blade Wire Stripper (SB1A) with the guard off. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
