Prefabrication area, employees were exposed to a rotating saw blade, in that, 24 inches of the non-cutting portion of the DO-ALL vertical band saw was not provided with a guard to enclose the blade, on or about 01/05/2018.  b. Prefabrication area, employees were exposed to a rotating saw blade, in that, 14 inches of the non-cutting portion of the Hydmech horizontal band saw was not provided with a guard to enclose the blade, on or about 01/05/2018.
