29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition:  a) Facility: On January 10, 2018 and a t times prior thereto the data plates on various forklifts were not legible or available to the operator.  Operators were not provided with information needed on a data plate such as various weights of the truck with/without an attachment, rated capacity, and operating limitations.
