29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 01/10/18 in the Slicer area; slicer operators were exposed to lacerations hazards while performing service and maintenance activities on the slicers, such as but not limited to removing the blade, installing a blade, cleaning the blade area, when they were not required to use the Work Instructions for Machine #1000 Meyer Burger Slicer Lockout/Tagout and apply controls to the energy sources prior to performing these tasks. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
