29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): (8) Ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed: A.) On or about 12/19/17 at JFK Intl Airport, Terminal 8 Jamaica, NY 11430 10 ft. A-frame ladder was folded in leaning against the wall. The employee working on the ladder fell and fractured three toes on his left foot. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS NOT REQUIRED
