29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2) as required by 1960 8(b): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": On or about January 11, 2018, in the Energy Center, the exit leading out of the chiller plant, adjacent to Room EC101 was not marked by a sign reading "Exit". The Department of Veteran Affairs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1180034, Notice number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037.
