29 CFR 1926.20(b)(4): The employer shall permit only those employees qualified by training or experience to operate equipment and machinery. On or about January 5, 2018, at the location 1900 Coit Road, Plano, TX, employees were using step ladders in a closed position. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. (a) At least one employee was standing on the 6th rung of a Werner 12-feet step ladder with the legs closed. (b) At least one employee was standing on the 7th rung of a1Werner 12-feet step ladder with the legs closed.
