29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular had-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood whcih completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. The DeWalt table saw did not have a hood guard, spreader or kickback fingers.
